These Terms of Service govern access to KRI’s website, mobile applications, and marketplace services. By creating an account or using KRI, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and use KRI only where its services are lawfully available.
2. Accounts and Verification
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. KRI may request identity, market, service, or payment-account verification and may refuse or revoke verification when information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe.
3. The KRI Marketplace
KRI provides technology that helps shoppers discover and arrange services with independent guides. Unless expressly stated otherwise, guides are not KRI employees or agents, and KRI is not a party to agreements made directly between users.
4. Bookings and Payments
Users must review the price, scope, timing, and payment instructions shown for each booking. Shopper payments may be made directly to guides where indicated. Guides are responsible for applicable platform fees and their own taxes. Charges, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled under the terms displayed for the relevant transaction.
5. User Conduct
You must not harass others, misrepresent your identity, facilitate unlawful activity, bypass KRI fees, interfere with the service, scrape data, send harmful content, or compromise another person’s privacy or safety.
6. Reviews and Content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant KRI a limited licence to host, display, moderate, and use it to operate and improve the service. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be deceptive, abusive, or infringe another person’s rights.
7. Suspension and Termination
KRI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate risk, enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm. You may stop using KRI and request account deletion through available account controls.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimers
KRI is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, the conduct of users, market availability, or that every guide or service will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or dealings between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nigeria will resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as KRI changes. The revised terms will be published here with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
