PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Pricing and payments
KRI is designed to make Guide service fees understandable before a shopper commits, while keeping market purchases and other costs clearly separate.
Guide service fees
Guides set the visible fees for their active services. A service should explain what the Guide offers, where it is available, the expected scope, and any important limitations so a shopper can compare options before sending a request.
The displayed fee is for the described Guide service. A lower or higher price does not by itself prove that a Guide is a better fit. Shoppers should consider the service description, market knowledge, profile information, availability, and confirmed plan together.
A Guide should not advertise one amount merely to obtain a request and then introduce a different mandatory fee without a genuine, explained change that the shopper freely accepts.
Understanding the total cost
Before confirming, identify the Guide service fee and any other cost that may arise. Transport, delivery, carrying assistance, extended waiting time, entry charges, or another optional service should not be assumed to be included unless the service description or confirmed arrangement says so.
Ask what is fixed, what is estimated, and what would require a new agreement. A clear total does not mean every shopping price in the market is known in advance; it means the cost of the Guide arrangement and expected extras should be understandable before the visit begins.
If the visit changes materially—for example, the shopper asks to add another market or extend the service—both people should discuss the effect on time and price before continuing with the added work.
From request to confirmed booking
A shopper's request becomes a booking after the Guide accepts it. The confirmed booking should show or preserve the agreed market, date, time, meeting point, service scope, Guide fee, and payment instructions.
Both users should review those details before meeting. If the Guide cannot provide the accepted service or the shopper needs a different arrangement, the change should be handled through the available booking and support process rather than through pressure at the meeting point.
Paying for the Guide service
Where the confirmed booking indicates direct payment, the shopper pays the Guide after the completed visit using the agreed supported method. KRI does not hold Shopper payments in that arrangement. Users should follow the current instructions displayed for the relevant booking because payment features may develop as KRI launches.
Before authorising payment, check the recipient, amount, and purpose. Keep a receipt, transfer reference, or other available record. Do not share a PIN or one-time code with the Guide or send money to a newly introduced account without first confirming why the details changed.
A payment record can help explain what occurred, but it does not by itself determine whether a refund or dispute outcome is required. KRI may need the booking terms, communications, timing, and other circumstances.
Products bought in the market
Money paid for goods normally goes to the independent market seller, not to KRI and not automatically to the Guide. The shopper should confirm the product, quantity, condition, seller, price, delivery arrangement, and any return or warranty terms before paying.
A Guide may provide local context or help the shopper navigate, but does not automatically guarantee a seller, product, price, authenticity claim, warranty, or future performance. A shopper should inspect what they can, ask questions, and obtain a receipt where one is available.
If a Guide is also acting as a seller or receiving money for goods, that role and the relevant amount should be disclosed clearly. The shopper should not be left to discover a financial interest after the transaction.
Guide platform fees and the wallet
KRI may charge Guides applicable platform or booking fees through the Guide wallet or another method shown to the Guide. Those charges are separate from money a shopper pays directly for a completed Guide service unless the applicable screen expressly says otherwise.
The current amount, timing, and wallet rules should be displayed to the Guide before the relevant charge is accepted. Guides are responsible for reviewing those terms, maintaining any required account readiness, and raising an unexplained charge through official support.
Additional expenses and changes
Reasonable additional expenses should be discussed before they are incurred. This includes transport, delivery, entry fees, or an agreed extension of the Guide's time. A shopper should be able to decline an optional cost before becoming responsible for it.
Unexpected market conditions may require a practical change, but urgency should not be used to hide a fee. If the parties cannot agree, they should use the available cancellation or support process and preserve the booking information.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation and rescheduling rules may depend on when the change occurs, whether the Guide accepted the request, whether the service began, and the terms displayed for that booking. Users should review the applicable rule before cancelling and provide accurate reasons when support review is required.
A refund is not automatic simply because a user is disappointed, and it is not automatically excluded because payment was direct. No-shows, duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, materially different services, safety concerns, and other disputes require consideration of the available facts and applicable terms.
Keep the booking reference, receipts, transfer details, and relevant communications. Explain the outcome you are seeking without altering evidence or threatening another user. KRI may request more information and cannot promise a result before review.
Recognising payment risks
Pause when someone unexpectedly changes the recipient account, requests a password or one-time code, asks you to ignore the confirmed fee, creates artificial urgency, demands several unexplained payments, or claims that a private payment will remove all platform responsibilities.
Verify changes using official KRI information and your own banking controls. If a credential may be compromised, contact the bank or payment provider promptly. If the concern relates to a KRI user or booking, also report it through KRI support when safe.
Never send money simply to prove that an account works, unlock a supposed prize, or secure a service that is not described in the booking. A legitimate Guide service should have a clear purpose and price.
Taxes and personal records
Guides and shoppers remain responsible for taxes, declarations, records, or other legal obligations that apply to their own activity. KRI does not provide individual tax advice through this page.
Keeping accurate records supports personal budgeting and makes a genuine dispute easier to understand. Records should be retained securely and should not be posted publicly when they contain personal or financial information.
